With a life-long passion for animals and the natural world,
Sig-Britt is a committed environmentalist with successful experience
in environmental advocacy. She was active in the Headwaters
forest protection efforts, fundraising and coordinating press
conferences which generated significant media coverage. She
also co-produced Earth Day 2000 in San Francisco and has 15
years experience as a sales professional. The past two years,
Sig-Britt has been launching "Nature's Bottles" an
innovative bottled water company utilizing bioplastic bottles
which are made from plants, not oil. She is thrilled to be part
of the bioplastic revolution bringing America "Ingeo"
- compostable, natural plastic, derived from 100 percent annually
renewable resources and the world's first biopolymer showing
a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions." She
holds a BA in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley and Masters in Philosophy
from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
